PE Coated Flex

Pretac PE coated flex is a kind of newly developed, remarkably light, incredibly durable and 100% recyclable substrates for outdoor PVC billboards and banners. This flexible film is composed of reinforced high density polyethylene scrim coated with a unique low density polyethylene blend on its both sides.

Features

1) This PE coated flex is applicable for UV printing.
2) 1/3 the weight of traditional PVC products, and comes with superior image clarity and color reproduction.
3) Smooth and flat surface with glare resistant coating
4) 100% Recyclable, 100% Polyethylene
5) This PE coated flex can be hot air welded, ultrasonic welded, sewed, taped or glued
6) Easy for installation and transportation

Applications

The PE coated flexible film is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. For instance, it can be used for making billboards, banners, and more.
